We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty regarding income, earnings, commissions, deals closed, job placement, or business results from the Operator Certificate, the Operator Network, or any Seat Theory product or service. Sponsorship sales is a performance-based field, and outcomes are never guaranteed.

Any commission figures or potential earnings displayed in connection with a marketplace opportunity are illustrative estimates specific to that opportunity — they reflect a possible commission if a deal closes on the shown terms, and are not a guarantee of actual earnings. Whether you earn anything depends on whether a deal closes and on factors outside our control.

Individual Results Vary

Individual results vary significantly and depend on factors including your effort, skill, experience, relationships, time invested, the opportunities you pursue, market conditions, and other factors we do not control. The experience of any one student or operator is specific to that person and is not a guarantee or promise that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Governing Law & Company

Seat Theory is operated by FivEye, LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as (“d/b/a”) Seat Theory, based in Los Angeles, California. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Except as otherwise provided in our Terms of Use (including any arbitration or dispute-resolution provision), any dispute arising out of them will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
